Description
Apart from its aim of reproducing a situation so as to improve self-control, training by simulator is also designed to encourage reflexion on the manner in which nuclear plants operate. The instructor has a desk at his disposal which enables him to follow all the exercises, insert one out of 150 different breakdowns, hold the installations in a certain state, slow down or speed up the delicate phases, repeat the last sequences or freeze the exercise so as to enable the trainees to understand what has been going on or to allow him to give his comments

Outre l'objectif de mise en situation pour ameliorer la maitrise de soi, la formation sur simulateur est orientee vers la reflexion sur le fonctionnement. L'instructeur a a sa disposition un pupitre qui lui permet de suivre les maneuvres, d'inserer une des 150 pannes, d'initialiser les installations dans un etat determine, de ralentir ou d'accelerer les phases delicates, de repeter les dernieres sequences ou de geler l'exercice pour permettre la comprehension des phenomenes ou donner des commentairesAdditional details
