Electric power users as load controllers for power systems

Description

Under conditions of further development of atomic power industry a problem of NPP manoeuvrability raises sharply. Electric power users, in particular, electric motor cars, are suggested to use as load controllers for power systems to accommodate load swings. Heat accumulators can be also used at NPPs
