Method and equipment for the non-destructive material testing of a finned tube using ultrasonic testing
Description
A method for the non-destructive material testing of a finned tube by ultrasonic testing according to the pulse-echo method is described in which the test probe support and the tube rotate relative to one another and the echos made in the region of the fins can be distinguished from the echos in the remainder of the tube. Es wird ein Verfahren zur zerstoerungsfreien Werkstoffpruefung eines Flossenrohres mit Ultraschall nach der Impuls-Echomethode beschrieben, bei dem die Pruefkopfhalterung und das Rohr relativ zueinander rotieren und die im Bereich der Flossen bewirkten Echos von den Echos der uebrigen Rohrteile unterscheidbar sind.
