Evidences of the influence of the electronic stopping power in the elastic energy loss in thin films of amorphous carbon

Measurements of deepness of implanted ions in carbon films, show the possibility that the energy elastic component given to the medium, could be affected by the ineslastic stopping parcel, which could cause a total stopping power, smaller than the expected. (A.C.A.S.)

Medidas de profundidade de ions implantados em filmes de carbono mostram a possibilidade que a componente elastica da energia cedida ao meio pode ser afetada pela parcela inelastica do freamento, o que ocasiona um poder de freamento total menor que o esperado. (A.C.A.S.)
