Synthesis of Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3O10 from formates
Description
Process of forming of superconducting cuprate of Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3O10 composition from products of formates thermolysis has been studied. On the basis of the data obtained techniques for synthesis of ceramic and thick-film impurity-free samples, with Tc > 100 K have been developed. It is shown that formates use simplified markedly the synthesis of Ba2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3O10. 18 refs.; 3 figs.; 2 tabs
