Sound velocity in binary NdCl3-NaCl mixtures and their adiabatic compressibility

Description
The results of measuring 5 MHz ultrasound velocity in binary melts NdCl3-NaCl, including their eutectics (0.365 NdCl3 + 0.635 NaCl), depending on the temperature in the range of 1000-1220 K and composition, are provided. Standard error of the velocity identification with a 0.95 confidence indicator did not exceed 1%. Adiabatic compressibility of the binary melts was calculated

Представлены результаты измерения скорости ультразвука с частотой 5 МГц в зависимости от температуры в интервале 1000-1220 K и состава в бинарных расплавах NdCl3-NaCl, включая их эвтектику (0.365 NdCl3 + 0.635 NaCl). Стандартная погрешность определения скорости на доверительном уровне 0.95 не превышала 1%. Рассчитана их адиабатическая сжимаемостьAdditional details
