Photoionization of Fe2+ ion in ZnS: lattice relaxation

Description
A method is proposed for determining the vibron contribution in the photoionization cross section for transition metal ion in a semiconductor (the vibron function of a spectrum shape). The method is based on the transition from the spectral representation in a time one by means of experimental data. Knowledge of the vibron function provides for possibility of principle for determination of the electron cross section of photoionization
