The growth of large, perfect CdSb single crystals by the Bridgman method

Large, structurally perfect single CdSb crystals are grown by the Bridgman method. It is shown that the optical transparency of crystals is mainly determined by their structural perfection. 10 refs., 4 figs., 2 tabs
