Players involved in the teaching of radiation chemistry in France

  • 1. Universite Paris-Saclay, CNRS, Orsay (France)

Description

This article describes the history of the teaching of radiation chemistry in France, from the foundation of this discipline to the present day. Contrary to the research activity in the field, for which the analysis of articles, reports and some biographies of scientific personalities gives a clearer idea of the different contributions, the clues on the teaching activity are fragmentary. Some elements have been reconstituted through discussions with several colleagues
