Study of phase diagram of Pb-PbTe-PbSe system

Description
The liquidus surface position in the Pb-PbTe-PbSe system was studied by the methods of differential thermal analysis and solubility and the liquidus isotherms were plotted. The relation between compositions of the liquid phase and the epitaxial layer crystallized at 500 deg C was determined using the X-ray diffraction method and local X-ray spectral analysis
