Positron emission tomography in Huntington's chorea using C15O2, 15O2 and 18 FDG

Description
Positron emission tomography (PET) using C15 O2, 15O2 and 18FDG was performed in a father and his son with Huntington's chorea. It was suggested that striatal atrophy occurred before the extensive atrophy of the cerebral cortex and that the progression of atrophy of the right and left cerebral hemispheric cortexes was not uniform.
