Deep-inelastic lepton-hadron scattering: The Higgs-scalar contribution

Description
Assuming that electromagnetic processes are modified by the presence of a Higgs scalar particle φ, we discuss the possible behavior of deep-inelastic lepton-hadron scattering when the magnitude of the momentum transfer variable Q² is comparable to that of m_φ^_².
