Description
A model of pre-existing traps for electrons in polar condensed media is further developed. We calculate the distribution of the depth of pre-existing traps taking into account the interaction between the dipoles. In this manner we consider the effect of temperature on the depth distribution. Inclusion of the dipole-dipole interaction changes the results significantly.
