Analysis of light nuclei by the AMD method with realistic NN potentials

  • 1. Department of Physics, Faculty of Science and Technology, Frontier Research Center for Computational Science, Tokyo University of Science, Noda, Chiba (Japan)

Description

The AMD simulation for light nuclei with the realistic Paris potential and with the Coulomb interaction is investigated. The results for the binding energies are in qualitatively good agreement with ground state energies of nuclei having A=2 to 8. The framework shows a lot of promise for studying the structure of nuclei. Nuclear density distributions are also illustrated. (author)
