B4C-Al2O3 burnable poison rods reactivity effects research

Description
In this paper, several experimental results of burnable poison rods reactivity effects measured by period method and pulsed neutron source method on light water zero power reactor are described. Single B4C-Al2O3 burnable poison rod (containing 0.8wt%, 1.5wt% and 2.5wt% B4C respectively) reactivity worths, burnable poison rods saturated concentration effects at different positions in reactor core, and reactivity interference effects between burnable poison rods are given.
