Description

Calculations of composition and optical characteristics of plasma in a non-equilibrium region behind the front of intensive shock waves in Ar at 10-25 km/s rates and 300-760 Tor pressures are presented. Non-ideality of multicharged plasma is taken into account in a ring approximation of the Debye theory in a large canonic ensemble. The two-temperature plasma composition is determined on the base of solving the equations of kinetics and balance of electron energy. Dependence of relaxation zone length on the shock wave rate is found. Spectral radiation fluxes are obtained on the base of the calculated non-equilibrium composition from transfer equation solution. It is shown that the effect of relaxation zone on the plasma optical properties with the rate growth increases, that is, the difference of brightness and equilibrium temperatures in the infrared and visible parts of the spectrum grows
