Description
A program of development in detection techniques for heavy ions has been started. An ionization chamber has been constructed for the charge determination of the reaction products. For time of flight measurements, it is shown that a time resolution of 62 ps (FWHM) can be achieved with channel plate detectors

On a entame un programme de developpement des techniques de detection pour les ions lourds. On a construit une chambre d'ionisation pour determiner la charge des produits de reaction. On montre que, dans les mesures de temps de vol, on peut obtenir une resolution en temps de 62 ps avec les detecteurs a galettes de microcanauxFiles
