X-ray resonators. 2

Description

A theory is given of four-block Ge monolithic X-ray resonators with resonance wavelengths in the CoKα1 line spectral interval. The characteristic isograms of bell-shaped Darvin-Prins reflecting surfaces for various resonators are given. The resonators prepared and the characteristic parameters of the beams formed in them are also given. (author)
