Specific features of neodymium magnetoresistance at low temperatures
Description
The electric resistance rho, transverse and longitudinal magnetoresistance Δrho/rho of polycrystalline 99.9% pure neodymium are measured between 1.9 and 70 K in magnetic fields up to 45 kOe. Anomalies of the Δrho/rho curve are observed which are ascribed to changes in the magnetic structure. The critical field 1ntensities corresponding to the anomalies are found and their temperature dependence is determined. The neodymium magnetic phase diagram is constructed
