Dependence of the observed splitting width of dislocations on the sign of the (g-vectorb-vector)Sg product

By means of multibeam calculations in a column approximation it is shown that the difference between the observed splitting width Δ' and the real width Δ of 60- and 30-degree dislocation splitting depends on the multiplication sign (g-vectorb-vector)Sg and the order of partial dislocation passage. Δ-Δ' difference for the indicated dislocations with the typical splitting value Δ=6-7 nm does not exceed 0.2 nm when one of multiplication signs (g-vectorb-vector)Sg is present; for helical and edge dislocations Δ-Δ' difference does not depend on this product sign. 16 refs.; 3 figs
