The Europe gives its directives

During the three last years, the European Union realized a lot concerning the legislative activity in favor of the renewable energies and the energy efficiency. The four following european directives are presented and discussed: the green electric power directive, the directive on the energy efficiency of buildings, the directive on the production of heat and electric power by cogeneration and the directive on the bio-fuels development in transports.
