The effect of oxygen deficit on low-temperature specific features of second velocity behaviour in YBa2Cu3O7-δ

Description
The behaviour of sound velocity at low temperatures is studied with different heat treatment methods affecting the oxygen content. The temperature dependence is found be almost linear and its found correlates with the oxygen deficit if YBa2Cu3O7-δ samples. This is apparently the prerequisite for development of a method to control the oxygen deficit in bulk samples of the yttrium ceramics
