Combination scattering and long-wave infrared spectra of (AsSI)sub(x)(GeSsub(2))sub(1-x) glasses

Description
Studied were glasses of (AsSi)sub(x)(GeSsub(2))sub(1-x) where X=10.0, 0.8, 0.7, 0.6, 0.5, 0.4, 0.3, 0.2, 0.1 and 0. The structure of glasses of the Ge-As-Si-I system over the GeS2-AsSI section was found to be determined by the ratio of initial compounds in their compositions. If the AsSI contents exceeds 50 mole%, the glasses constitute structural units of AsSsub(2/2)I. The carcass of glasses containing less than 50 mole% AsSI is determined by the structure of germanium disulphide
