Electron diffraction with characteristic energy losses in the case of symmetric orientation of a crystal

Description
Regularities of multibeam dynamic diffraction of electrons which are inelastically scattered on the inner shells of the atoms as the high-symmetric orientation of the incident beam with respect to crystal were analyzed. It is found that for inelastically scattered electrons the intensity oscillations of transmitted beam are similar to that of elastic scattered electrons the intensity oscillations of transmitted beam are similar to that of elastically scattered electrons, and they depend on the collection angle and energy loss values
Abstract (Russian)
Закономерности многолучевой динамической дифракции электронов, неупруго рассеянных на внутренних атомных оболочках, исследованы для случаев высокосимметричной ориентации кристалла относительно падающего пучка. Установлено, что амплитуда и период толщинных осцилляций интенсивности прошедшего пучка, сохраняющихся для неупруго рассеянных электронов, зависят как от угла сбора, так и потери энергииAdditional details
