Description
The Renormalisation Group is a powerful framework for extracting infra-red properties of lattice theories. The application described below is aimed at an efficient computation of the infra-red behaviour of lattice QCD. The technique was first advocated under the name 'approximate block-diagonalisation'. Here I follow the language of the Real Space Renormalisation Group and outline the analysis stepwise. (orig./HSI)
