The solid solutions of Gd4Bi3-Tb4Bi3 system

Description

Present article is devoted to solid solutions of Gd4Bi3-Tb4Bi3 system. The physicochemical properties of solid solutions of Gd4Bi3-Tb4Bi3 system were studied. In order to reveal the compounds and alloys in a whole diapason of concentrations the state diagram of Gd4Bi3-Tb4Bi3 system was studied. The state diagram was studied by means of differential thermal analysis, X-ray phase analysis methods. The crystallochemical and magnetic characteristics of solid solutions of Gd4-xTbxBi3 (x=0.4-3.6) were defined.
