A simple method is proposed for an accurate quantification of the splenic and/or hepatic sequestration of the 111In-labelled platelets. It could be allow a better prediction of the efficiency of splenectomy in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

Abstract (French)

Une methode simple est proposee pour quantifier l'accumulation splenique et hepatique des plaquettes marquees par l'indium 111. Elle pourrait permettre une meilleure prediction de l'effet de la splenectomie dans les thromobocytopenies
