Solvent extraction-atomic-emission analysis of high purity tellurium
- 1. AN SSSR, Novosibirsk. Inst. Neorganicheskoj Khimii
Description
A method is proposed of atomic emission determination of 24 elements (Be, In, La, Sc, V, Y, Mo and others) in high purity tellurium after matrix separation by solvent extraction with dioctyl sulphide. The limit of detection is between n·10-8 and n·10-5 mass %
