The relational of subvolcanic rocks to uranic mineralization in northern Xiangshan
Description
The subvolcanic bodies of Northern Xiangshan are output like walls, branchs and plate, which were controlled mainly by circular and E-W structure, These intrusive rock types are granite porphyry and porphyritic granite. The bodies are usually associated with a little accessory minerals, rich of gas-liquid, strong autometamorphism, rich of uranium and higher activated uranium rate. are also source rocks be propitious to ore mineralizations. The subvolcanic rocks are related with uranic mineralization in time, space and genesis. The uranic deposit locates in the inner and contact zone of granite porphyry. The subvolcanic rocks were the product of post-volcanic eruption, which were earlier or similarly to the early period of U-mineralization. Uranium-rich rocks is the source of uranium mineralization. Its late reformation (including autometamorphism, hydrothermal activity and geodynamics) mainly affects on the activation, transportation and mineralization of the uranium. Rising from deep rich uranium hydrothermal activity is the key to the formation of rich uranium ore body, the formation of uranium deposits in this area is the product of multi-source and a variety of activity of combination.
