Seminar on environmental control in peaceful uses of nuclear energy

The seminar was held in Liblice, May 2-4, 1984. Papers were presented in four sessions: 1. physical aspects of nuclear energy and the environment; 2. biological aspects of the relationship between nuclear energy and the environment; 3. dosimetry and radiation hygiene aspects of the relationship between nuclear energy and the environment; 4. architectural, urbanistic and socio-economic aspects of the relationship between nuclear energy and the environment. Other problems were specified which are not being resolved adequately and areas of research determined where duplicities might occur. (E.S.)
