Description

Coagulation mechanism of low-temperature growth of nano particles of zirconium dioxide has been considered. As objects of studies the powders ZrO2 + 3 mol % Y2O3 have been used. Study of samples has been carried out by means of scanning and transmission electron microscopy methods. Measures have been conducted by means of thermogravimetry method.
