Description

Intrinsic Josephson effects in cuprates are reviewed. A phenomenological model for the intrinsic Josephson junctions is proposed, in which the inductive and capacitive couplings between S/N/S junctions are incorporated. The I-V characteristics and the Josephson plasma resonance are discussed on the basis of the model. (author)
