Development of sensitive photo-acoustic detector
- 1. Academia Sinica, Beijing, BJ (China). Inst. of Atomic Energy
Description
A sensitive photoacoustic detector is developed. The resonant frequency of the detector is 250 kHz, and the response of it is linear in the range of frequencies from 10 kHz to 900 kHz. The application in the interaction of high-power KrF laser with optical coatings successful even for an extinction coefficient less than 10-4
