Description

I was studied the effects of prolonged irradiation of rats in dose 0.5 Gy at bio electric activity of their isolated hearts. The experiments were conducted on 10, 30, 90 and 180 days after cessation of irradiation. The cholinergic regulation of heart was investigated by means of agonist of M-choline receptors carbacholine. It was found that prolonged gamma-irradiation in low dose decreased the amplitude and duration of action potentials of myocardium cells, increased the quantity of arrhythmia. The reaction of cardio myocytes at the stimulation of M-cholinergic receptors was decreased in irradiated animals
