A case of malignant mesenchymoma of the liver

Description
A pathologically proven case of malignant mesenchymoma of the liver reported with a brief review of the literatures. The tumors was admixture of cystic and solid masses and was hypovascular on radiologic studies including ultrasonography, CT and angiography. It was well demarcated with normal liver by a pseudocapsule and composed of stellate and spindle shaped sarcomatous cells with no significant evidence of differentiation in a more or less myxomatous stroma
