Method of target turn in nuclear-physical analysis of substance
Description
The method of target turn on the basis of spectrometry of nuclear reaction products, its possibilities and its place among other nuclear physical microanalysis methods in problems of measuring substance concentration profiles near the surface, are investigeted. It is shown that the accuracy of determination of the layer depth in the target turn method using modern goniometers is not worse than in the spectroscopy method. The data on the analysis of oxygen in iron, and nitrogen in carbon are presented. The role of the target turn angle in the method of charged particle spectromery is considered
