Structure and protective properties of titanium coatings deposited from low-temperature plasma separated jets
Description
Using X-ray analysis methods phase compositions, lattice parameters, microstresses levels, crystallographic textures and residual stresses levels in ion-plasma-plated titanium coatings deposited from separated plasma jets into steel substrate were studied. The effect of deposition process parameters on the protective properties f the coatings was investigated
