Beam extraction time characteristics affecting coherent bremsstrahlung spectra
Description
A new method for increasing the polarization and monochromaticity degrees of coherent bremsstrahlung (CB) of the Erevan synchrotron extraction system is described. Effect of time characteristics of electron beam extraction on CB spectra is considered. CB energy spectra investigations were carried on during various time of extraction. Spectral characteristics of 3.9 GeV electron radiation ir a diamond monocrystal wepe measured with a pair gamma spectrometer. It is shown that the breamsstrahling beam parameters can be controlled by means of extraction regime regulation
