Superconductive phase formation peculiarities and the study of electron structure of rare earth oxides
Description
A series of compounds of RBa2Cu3Oy (R-Y, Nd, Lu) type was synthesized. Their X-ray analysis was conducted. Dynamics of superconducting phase formation and density of electron pulse distribution in it were investigated. Methods of thermography and positron annihilation were used. It is shown that decrease of oxygen vacancy concentration in analysed samples leads to broadening of the curve of angular distribution of annihilation photon pairs (ADAP) by more than 0.5 mrad and is accompanied by sufficient decrease of superconducting state transition temperature. The obtained ADAP reflect parameters of electron state density of Fermi liquid, unstable with respect to electron pairing
