Description

Evolution of surface structure of oxide materials forming in the process of thermostimulated autosegregation of chemical composition is investigated. Formation of irreversible segregation of amorphous surface layer of ten nanometers in thickness that transforms just as in separate crystal forms, so epitaxial films crystallographically connected with matrix monocrystal sublayers BaTiO3 and PbTiO3 has been ascertained by means of transmission electron microscopy, electron microdiffraction, atomic force microscopy and Auger electron spectroscopy for the first time. Rise of monocrystal layers through proper components of sublayer delivered at the surface from within is considered as a new type of epitaxy
