Description
A method for preparation of phenylsilane triple labelled with tritium over the Si-H bond was suggested. Reduction of phenyltrichlorosilane with lithium aluminium hydride containing tritium (LiAlT4) was put in the basis of synthesis of labelled phenylsilane. The yield of the labelled phenylsilane made up approximately 10% (in case of gaseous tritium). The calculated specific activity of the preparation amounted to 80 Ci/mmol, which corresponds to label multiplicity 2.8-2.9
