Description

To explore the clinical diagnostic value of CR molybdenum target x-ray combined with CEA, CA199 and CA153 in the detection of breast cancer, there were 87 cases of breast disease confirmed by surgery and pathology. The results of CEA, CA199, CA153 and the signs of CR Molybdenum target x-ray were statistical analyzed retrospectively. The results showed that the serum levels of CEA, CA199 and CA153 in breast cancer group were higher than that in benign lesions group and normal control group (P<0.01). The sensitivity of CEA, CA199, CA153 combined with CR molybdenum target x-ray was better than any one of them (P<0.01). The combined detection of CEA, CA199, CA153 and CR Molybdenum target x-ray in breast cancer patients can improve the detective rate; it plays an important role in early diagnosis, treatment and monitoring.
