Usage of Born's approximation for calculation of cross section of particles scattering for non-ideal plasma

Description

Criteria of the Born's approximation usage for pseudopotential model of particles interaction for non-ideal plasma is calculated. It is shown, that with increase γ and z charge numbers the Born's approximation become useless for calculation of cross section of particles scattering for non-ideal plasma. It is recommended use quasiclassical approximation or phase function method for cases z>1, γ>1. 4 refs
