Nature of solid solutions with rutile structure in TiO2-Nb2O5 system
Description
The methods of X-ray and optic immersion analyses, inversion voltammetry are applied to study solid solutions with rutile structure prepared by solid phase sintering of titanium (4) and niobium (5) oxides. It is assumed that in the case of Nb2O5 content equalling 3 mol.%, as well as more, niobium is partially included in rutile structure in tetravalent state
