Posistor sensors of temperature for thermal and electrical renning instant for microelectronic devices
Description
The paper informs about the development of series of semiconductor ceramic materials, based on barium-strontium titanate, for posistrs with the common operating temperature range of 5-100 deg C and close temperature coefficient of resistance αT=15-17% degree. A system of dynamic estimation of heat flows in electric-computer hardware is proposed and implemented, resolution being ±0.007 degree
