Method of installing reactor container
Description
Purpose: In installing reactor containers provided with a number of penetration parts for the insertion of pipes and the like, to reduce the field works to materialize high efficiency of the works and high accuracy of products, thereby to curtail the time required for pressure resistance and leakage tests. Method: The operations of mounting system pipes and bellows on the penetration sleeves of the container main structure, and thereafter the container main structure is installed at a predetermined position. Subsequently, heat resistance and leakage tests of the container main structure are carried out. As a result of the tests, the great reduction of field works becomes possible, and curtailment of working periods, high efficiency of works due to the factory manufacture and high accuracy of the products.
