Microscopic model of pre-equilibrium nucleon emission
Description
The authors have analyzed the spectrum of pre-equilibrium neutrons in the reactions /sup 20/Ne + /sup 181/Ta and /sup 12/C + /sup 181/Ta. At the initial stage of nuclear collisions when volumes are to an extent overlapping, a part of nucleons influenced by a changing mean field passes from bound states of a projectile into a continuous spectrum
