New data on dissociating ionization of CO2 by electron impact
Description
Complex studies of angular distributions and energy spectra of O+ and CO+ ions formed as a result of dissociative ionization of CO2 molecules by an electron impact (bombardning electron energy 45-150 eV). Studies were carried out at facility with crossing gasodynamical molecular and electron beams. Ion mass analysis was carried out by monopole mass spectrometer, rotating four-electrode electron gun served an electron source
