Description
This paper describes the process of simulation weld flow with live-dead element and calculates the distribution of weld residual stress using the modal of the Ling'ao nuclear power station CRDM upper canopy seal weld, and the residual stress curve has been plotted. The comparison results show that the calculated result accords well with the data of WSI Company. It shows that the analysis technology for weld residual stress can be used to evaluate the repair of CRDM upper canopy. (authors)
