Soft X-ray microscopy of activated human platelets
Description
This paper presents results obtained by soft x-ray microscopy of activated human platelets. A brief description is given of the biophysiological background from which the projects were genrated. Some of the radiation sources available for x-ray microscopy are presented, the preference being to a different x-ray source which produces thermal radiation. The potential benefits of contact x-ray microscopy in the study of cell biology are presented
